Il a publi\u00e9 plusieurs ouvrages sur l&rsquo;alimentation et la photographie, notamment chez Autrement jeunesse.<br \/>\nRencontr\u00e9 \u00e0 Avallon, en d\u00e9cembre 2012, Gilles STASSART a \u00e9crit les textes de \u00a0\u00bb 600\u00b0 C \u00a0\u00bb ( \u00c9ditions du Rouergue ) consacr\u00e9s au feu nourricier et illustr\u00e9s des photographies de Hans GISSINGER prises dans diff\u00e9rents pays.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9coutez l&rsquo;\u00e9mission :<\/p>\n<div class=\"sc_fancy_player_container\"><audio class=\"wp-audio-shortcode\" id=\"audio-1471-1\" preload=\"none\" style=\"width: 100%;\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"audio\/mpeg\" src=\"http:\/\/www.yannickpetit.fr\/press\/audio\/20130109.mp3?_=1\" \/><a href=\"http:\/\/www.yannickpetit.fr\/press\/audio\/20130109.mp3\">http:\/\/www.yannickpetit.fr\/press\/audio\/20130109.mp3<\/a><\/audio><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\nPourquoi 600\u00b0 C ? C&rsquo;est la temp\u00e9rature \u00e0 laquelle la braise \u00e9met son premier rougeoiement.<br \/>\nM\u00eame si l&rsquo;origine du feu demeure un grand myst\u00e8re, Gilles STASSART en rappelle la domestication par les premiers hommes qui l&rsquo;utilisaient pour effrayer les animaux et les attirer dans des pi\u00e8ges ou des trous. Finalement, le chasseur se double d&rsquo;un pyromane. Faut-il rappeler le mythe de Prom\u00e9th\u00e9e, ce voleur d&rsquo;\u00e9tincelles ?<br \/>\nGilles STASSART fait l&rsquo;\u00e9loge du trou ( lointain anc\u00eatre du four ) dans lequel les hommes pr\u00e9historiques enterraient les aliments ( par exemple une cuisse de renne ). L&rsquo;auteur nous d\u00e9cline le feu dans tous ses aspects : les incendies qui ravag\u00e8rent les grandes villes ( New York en 1811, 1828 et 1835 o\u00f9 tout le Sud de Manhattan fut ravag\u00e9 ), les \u00e9ruptions volcaniques ( Stromboli ) rappelant qui \u00e9taient les \u00e9poux Kraft qui p\u00e9rirent en juin 1991 au Japon. Il met aussi en avant des modes de cuisson originaux ( notamment en Mongolie o\u00f9 les hommes cuisent leur nourriture sans bois ni r\u00e9cipient , \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de pierres chaudes ). Et puis, parall\u00e8lement au feu amoureux qui anime les amateurs pratiquant le tango o\u00f9 dans son jeu, le couple de danseurs devient alors \u00a0\u00bb incendiaire de ses propres passions \u00ab\u00a0, Gilles STASSART aime \u00e0 rappeler qui sont les gauchos et leur art de l&rsquo;asador au cours duquel on fait griller une vache enti\u00e8re dans son cuir ( l&rsquo;animal servant \u00e0 sa propre cuisson ).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Gilles STASSART reviendra sur Laurent le grill\u00e9, saint patron des r\u00f4tisseurs. Ce sera l&rsquo;occasion d&rsquo;\u00e9voquer la religion des martyrs et les incendies de Rome ( et notamment celui que l&#8217;empereur N\u00e9ron aurait provoqu\u00e9 ).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00bb Chaque cuisinier, en allumant son feu, ex\u00e9cute un geste universel \u00a0\u00bb : c&rsquo;est ce que Gilles STASSART br\u00fble de rappeler \u00e0 chacun d&rsquo;entre
