A\u00een\u00e9e d&rsquo;une famille de \u00a08 filles, elle a grandi aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de sa m\u00e8re. Son p\u00e8re, alors, travaillait en Allemagne. \u00d6zlem a second\u00e9 sa m\u00e8re, l&rsquo;aidant \u00e0 la fois \u00e0 la ferme et \u00e0 la maison o\u00f9 elle \u00e9tait une seconde maman pour ses jeunes s\u0153urs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #993300;\"><strong>\u00c9coutez l&rsquo;\u00e9mission<\/strong><\/span> :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><div class=\"sc_fancy_player_container\"><audio class=\"wp-audio-shortcode\" id=\"audio-429-1\" preload=\"none\" style=\"width: 100%;\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"audio\/mpeg\" src=\"http:\/\/www.yannickpetit.fr\/blvy\/b\/audio\/20161205.mp3?_=1\" \/><a href=\"http:\/\/www.yannickpetit.fr\/blvy\/b\/audio\/20161205.mp3\">http:\/\/www.yannickpetit.fr\/blvy\/b\/audio\/20161205.mp3<\/a><\/audio><\/div><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En 1983, son p\u00e8re quitte l&rsquo;Allemagne et devient b\u00fbcheron dans le pays avallonnais. La famille quitte la Turquie pour rejoindre le chef de famille \u00e0 Avallon. \u00d6zlem est alors scolaris\u00e9e au Coll\u00e8ge des Chaumes, sans parler un mot de Fran\u00e7ais. Elle suivra la voie de l&rsquo;apprentissage en alternance au Cifa \u00e0 Auxerre. Elle a alors seize ans. Sa formation en h\u00f4tellerie-restauration aura pour cadre le restaurant Les Fleurs \u00e0 Pontaubert, aupr\u00e8s du couple Gauthier.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/yannickpetit.fr\/lvy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/DSC_0257.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-430 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/yannickpetit.fr\/lvy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/DSC_0257-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"dsc_0257\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"http:\/\/yannickpetit.fr\/lvy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/DSC_0257-300x225.jpg 300w, http:\/\/yannickpetit.fr\/lvy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/DSC_0257-768x576.jpg 768w, http:\/\/yannickpetit.fr\/lvy\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/DSC_0257-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ayant manqu\u00e9 son CAP d&rsquo;un demi-point, sans avoir d\u00e9m\u00e9rit\u00e9 puisqu&rsquo;elle obtint une mention \u00ab\u00a0tr\u00e8s bien\u00a0\u00bb en service et en cuisine, \u00d6zlem n&rsquo;a jamais quitt\u00e9 son domaine professionnel initial. Apr\u00e8s avoir travaill\u00e9 au Moulin des Ruats (dans la Vall\u00e9e du Cousin), fait des extras \u00e0 L&rsquo;Esp\u00e9rance chez Marc Meneau, elle a ensuite travaill\u00e9 avec madame Sonmez au k\u00e9bab \u00ab\u00a0Place \u00c9g\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb, \u00e0 Avallon.
